5. Booking and Payment Terms

5.2 Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure production dates and project scheduling. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

5.3 Final Payment

5.4 Late Payments

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

6.1 Client Cancellation

If a client cancels a confirmed booking:

• Deposits are non-refundable;
• Additional fees may apply depending on work already completed;
• Cancellation within 14 days of the event may require full payment.

6.2 Rescheduling

CorvinPictures will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests. Rescheduled bookings remain subject to availability. Additional costs may apply for changes involving travel, staffing, accommodation, or revised production requirements.

6.3 Force Majeure

CorvinPictures shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform caused by events outside reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather;
• Government restrictions;
• Pandemics;
• Power outages;
• Venue closures;
• Civil unrest;
• Transportation disruptions;
• Equipment failure beyond reasonable control.

In such circumstances, liability shall be limited to payments already received for undelivered services.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Obtain all required permissions and venue approvals;
• Ensure a safe working environment;
• Provide timely feedback and approvals;
• Cooperate during filming and production;
• Ensure guests or participants comply with venue rules.

Clients are responsible for securing any permits, permissions, music rights, or third-party approvals not specifically included within the agreed project scope.

8. Creative Control

CorvinPictures retains full creative and editorial discretion regarding:

• Camera angles;
• Editing style;
• Colour grading;
• Audio mixing;
• Music selection;
• Shot selection;
• Final artistic presentation.

While client preferences will be considered, the final delivered product reflects CorvinPictures' professional judgment and production standards.

9. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidance only. Delays may occur due to:

• Project complexity;
• Client revisions;
• Peak production periods;
• Technical issues;
• Third-party delays.

CorvinPictures is not liable for indirect losses caused by delayed delivery.

10. Revisions and Edits

Unless otherwise specified in the project agreement:

• Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions;
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges;
• Major structural edits after approval may require a new agreement.

Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving draft content.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

14. Audio and Music Licensing

Clients requesting copyrighted music acknowledge responsibility for any licensing obligations unless otherwise agreed.

CorvinPictures is not responsible for copyright claims arising from unauthorised client-requested music usage.
